UP OR DOWN?

May 9, 2016/4 Comments/in From the Kids/by Melissa Damiao
Melissa, 12, talks about the good and the bad things about leaving home to go on a long-term journey with her family.

Ups and Downs Of Leaving – made by Melissa because she said she couldn’t find a photo to fit it.

Hi! it’s Melissa here!!
Today I am going to be writing about the up’s and downs about leaving,
let’s go!!

[wp_ad_camp_5]

There are many good things and bad things about leaving like…..

Taranaki Falls Track, Tongariro National Village, NZ. Gorgeous sceneries, waterfall, volcanos, river, and NZ native plants.

This is Melissa, during the Taranaki Falls Track, in Tongariro National Park Village, NZ. It was one of our fist tracks, if not the first ever!

UP’S
1 New places to visit! new things to see!
2 New foods and treats! taste a new flavour even if it is scary..
3 New attractions!

DOWN’S

1 Leaving friends, probably the most upsetting down for me, I love my friends and they will never leave my heart.
2 The new lifestyle, almost everything about our lifestyle and routine will change.
3 It’s very, very tiring, not the leaving part just the getting ready part, it takes a lot of work to do everything.
Hey everyone,
this is where I am going to leave this post, hopefully, you guys liked it!
Feel free to message, comment, your opinions and if you have any questions, please ask me I will do my very best to reply.
And don’t forget to tell me what would be your no.1 up.
Thanks for reading this post, see you next time!

At Tawhai Falls, Tongariro National Park Village, NZ

Tawhai Falls, Tongariro National Park, NZ is a super easy (though full of stairs) walk that leads to this waterfall. It's stunning.

Another walk, this time in Tawhai Falls, Tongariro National Park, NZ. Melissa was in charge of the photos of that day and she did a pretty good job.

bye bye~
love Melissa.

Acho que a parte mais difícil é sempre a de deixar as pessoas que a gente gosta, né?

Eu ia amar conhecer lugares novos e pessoas novas, mas certamente teria muita preguiça de fazer/desfazer malas!!

    Beijos Mel!

    Hi Mel, loved your post!

I think that is an amazing experience to travel around the world but I confess that the backpacking part would not be my favorite too.
Tell me please about your favorite place untill now.

    lots of love!
